This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancer who can manage their own caseload and contribute to a high‐performing department. About YouSignificant experience handling sales, purchases, remortgages, shared ownership, lease variations, new build purchases, Help to Buy and related mattersIdeally 5+ years PQE (Solicitor, CLC or CILEX)Confident managing a full caseload independently and able to hit the ground runningStrong local knowledge and experience working with residential property clientsKey ResponsibilitiesManage all conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to post‐completionHandle residential sales and purchasesManage remortgage and equity release transactionsReview and check titles for freehold and leasehold propertiesManage transfers of equity and matrimonial transfersProvide guidance and training to conveyancing assistantsBuild and maintain client relationships within the local areaCross‐refer clients to other departments where appropriateApply strong knowledge of the local property marketManage a varied residential property caseload efficiently and accuratelyProvide cover for other offices when requiredFor more information or to apply, please contact shannonhewes@chadwicknott.co.uk.*At Chadwick Nott, we are committed to developing a diverse and inclusive culture as well as supporting our large client network achieve the same.
