This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to manage a varied residential caseload within a supportive, modern and client focused environment. The RoleYou'll be responsible for managing a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRemortgages and transfers of equityNew build and shared ownership transactionsLease extensions and deeds of variationReporting on title and drafting contracts and transfer documentsLiaising with clients, agents, lenders, brokers and other professionalsEnsuring compliance with SRA/CLC regulations, Land Registry practice and UK Finance HandbookMaintaining accurate file management and progressing matters efficientlyDelivering exceptional client care through clear communication and proactive updatesSupporting colleagues and contributing to a collaborative team cultureCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with: Solid experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independentlyStrong technical knowledge of residential property lawExcellent drafting, communication and organisational skillsAbility to prioritise workloads and meet deadlinesConfidence providing clear, practical legal adviceStrong attention to detail and a proactive, client focused approachExperience using conveyancing case management systemsBenefitsThe firm offers: Competitive salaryAdditional personal day, birthday leave and discretionary Christmas closure dayAnnual leave purchase scheme (up to 3 extra days)Gym membership discountsClear opportunities for learning, development and career progressionRecognition and awardsNetworking, corporate and charity eventsSupportive, modern and forward thinking working environmentSuccessful candidates will be subject to a basic or enhanced DBS check depending on the role.
