Residential Property Solicitor/FCILEx – Herne Bay, Kent A well-established Kent-based law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or FCILEx to join its busy conveyancing team in Herne Bay. This is an excellent opportunity for a property lawyer to handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload within a supportive environment.
The role involves managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including new build and Help to Buy matters, as well as remortgages, transfers of equity and tenancy agreements. You will also support business development, building relationships with local estate agents and attending community events.
