Job Description Residential Property Solicitor – Solihull Location: Solihull Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:15pm (1-hour lunch break) Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Solicitor or Residential Property Fee Earner to join its expanding Residential Property Department based in its Solihull office.

What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Employer pension contribution 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays Holiday Bonus Scheme Hybrid Working Friendly, supportive, and collaborative working environment Opportunity to join a growing and ambitious department Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion, including: Residential sales and purchases Remortgage transactions Equity release matters Transfer of equity transactions Matrimonial transfers Reviewing and checking freehold and leasehold titles Providing guidance, support, and training to Conveyancing Assistants About You As the successful candidate, you will have: A qualified Solicitor status, CILEX qualification, Licensed Conveyancer status, or equivalent fee-earning experience within residential property Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures and processes Good understanding of freehold and leasehold transactions Excellent client care and communication skills If you are an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career within a progressive and supportive firm, we would love to hear from you. #INDCATN
