Ideally with Forbes standards. You will be a Restaurant Manager who is experienced and has been in a similar role for a few years. You will be strong in managing and developing a team. As Restausrant Manager you will train and help your team members grow. The restaurant Manager will be someone who builds a good relationship with the kitchen and helps to deliver top quality service. You will have good food and wine knowledge. You will inspire and lead from the front to help the restaurant grow.
