This is a multi-faceted role covering a brasserie, afternoon tea, lunch & dinner. The team is in good shape, with experienced supervisors across both the daytime and evening operations, and the focus for this appointment is on driving standards, developing the team and managing bookings. This is a genuine key appointment for a business that takes its food and beverage seriously, and the right candidate will have real autonomy to lead. What are we looking for from Restaurant Manager candidates? Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior supervisor, ready to step up, within a hotel or quality casual dining environment Comfortable managing across multiple services Strong diary management and events coordination skills A natural trainer and coach who raises standards through people, not just process Calm, organised and capable of managing a shift and a team without being micromanaged A confident communicator who works well with senior leadership
