SaaS New Business Executive – Glasgow £40,000 / £50,000 base | £80,000 OTE (uncapped) | 5 days in the office. Are you a hunter who wants your earnings to match your effort? Psixty UK is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS business to find a driven New Business Executive for their Glasgow team.

This is a 100% new business role. You'll find the opportunities, run the demos and close the deals yourself, and you'll be paid well for doing it. The role Build your own pipeline through self-sourced prospecting: cold calling, email, LinkedIn and social selling Qualify opportunities and run engaging web demos to key decision makers Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract Manage your activity and pipeline in the CRM with discipline and accuracy Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly new business targets What you'll bring A proven track record in a new business sales role, ideally selling SaaS or tech Confidence on the phone and the resilience to generate your own leads Experience running online demos and closing deals without hand-holding Strong commercial instinct and the ability to understand a customer's problem before pitching a solution Self-motivation, competitiveness and a genuine appetite to earn What's on offer £40,000 / £40,000 base salary £80,000 OTE: double your base, uncapped Holiday allowance 25 days + bank holidays 5 days in the Glasgow office A clear progression path for top performers A product that sells and a team that backs you Interested?
