Blake@Hays.comOur client, an industry-leading Manufacturer/Retailer of damp-proofing/water-proofing solutions, are looking to recruit a Sales Support Executive to join their growing business. Working in a fun, sociable Horsham HQ (with an amazing opportunity to progress!), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!
Our client have been established for over 40 years and provide the Construction industry with an extensive range of products for keeping buildings dry - with clients ranging from household-name Retailers to end-user DIY enthusiasts!
Over the years our client have grown to become the market leader in the UK, and also export across the globe. Due to internal promotions/growth, they are now actively seeking the perfect candidate to join them in an office-based Sales Support role. In a nutshell,
your responsibilities will include
- Acting as the first point of contact for B2B clients over the phone/email/live chat- Processing orders / handling product questions- Identifying potential opportunities to up/cross-sell different products (by offering a very friendly, consultative approach to each client call)- Offering an exceptional service to all clientsIn order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:- Experience of liaising with customers (either over the phone/email or in person (retail)- Articulate telephone manner- Warm, engaging personality (ability to build rapport with others easily)- Genuine desire to progress career!
