We're looking for a hands-on Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build and deliver intelligent, AI-powered solutions for major enterprise organisations. This is an engineering role, not a Salesforce configuration position.

You'll work across Salesforce development, Agentforce, generative AI and enterprise integration to turn complex business challenges into production-ready solutions. What you'll do Design and build AI-powered agents and experiences using Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI and related technologies.

Develop and customise solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, Flow and APIs. Create, customise and optimise prompt templates using Salesforce Prompt Builder. Connect AI agents to enterprise data and business processes through Salesforce Data Cloud and wider integration platforms.

Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events and event-driven architecture. Apply prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), grounding and techniques to reduce AI hallucinations. Test and evaluate AI solutions for accuracy, quality, cost and performance.

Work directly with client teams to understand challenges, shape technical approaches and deliver measurable business outcomes. Contribute to engineering standards, code quality, CI/CD and DevOps practices. What we're looking for Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, JavaScript and Flow.

Experience with Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud or Service Cloud. Practical experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder or other Salesforce AI capabilities. Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, grounding and AI evaluation.

Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise data integration. Knowledge of APIs, integration patterns and event-driven architecture. Strong software engineering fundamentals, including debugging, testing, code quality and version control.
