About the Role This role combines hands-on schedule alignment work with management of the Schedule Integration Specialist team. You'll align customer construction schedules with the Buildots Digital Twin while managing and developing a small team involving owning quality, allocating work and acting as the escalation point for complex issues.
It's an ideal role for construction professionals looking to move into technology and management while applying their construction expertise. Expect roughly a 50/50 split between management and hands-on schedule work, varying with business needs.
