Your responsibilities will include
\ N Providing in-class support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4 \ N Assisting the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management \ N Supporting students ona one-to-one basis or in small groups \ N Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment \ N Encouraging student participation and promoting confidence in learning \ N Supporting pupils withadditional needs where required \ N What We’reLooking For \ N Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable) \ N A proactive, patient, and supportive approach \ N Strong communication and interpersonal skills \ N The ability to work effectively as part of a team \ N A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare \ N Relevant qualifications(e.G., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are advantageous but not essential \ N Why Register with Reed Education? \ N Reed Education is one ofthe UK’s leading education recruitment agencies.
