Teaching Assistant – Secondary School – Haringey

A supportive and inclusive secondary school in the London Borough of Haringey is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis from January. This role involves supporting students across KS3 and KS4. Job Overview You will be responsible for:

• Supporting students in lessons on a one-to-one and small-group basis
• Assisting teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery
• Supporting students with additional educational needs
• Encouraging engagement, confidence, and positive behaviour
• Monitoring progress and providing feedback to teaching staff
