I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive specialist education setting in the Witham area that is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with students who require additional support, helping them achieve both academically and personally within a nurturing environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored assistance and build positive relationships with pupils. The role includes: Supporting students with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 and small group basis Assisting with the delivery of engaging learning activities Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing Helping students develop confidence, independence and social skills Working collaboratively with teaching and pastoral teams
What we're looking for
