What We're Looking For Previous experience working within a school, educational setting, care environment, or with children and young people A positive, patient, and nurturing approach Strong communication and relationship-building skills Passion for supporting pupils with additional needs Ability to work as part of a dedicated school team Experience Supporting: Autism (ASC) ADHD SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health Needs) Speech & Language Needs Moderate Learning Difficulties Complex Needs Challenging Behaviour What's on Offer?
