Rather than simply managing a larger portfolio, you'll spend meaningful time reviewing, challenging and improving work, stepping into preparation where required and using your experience to help others develop. You'll work with a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses, limited companies, partnerships and consolidated groups, providing accounts, tax and wider advisory support.

Your responsibilities will include

Reviewing and overseeing statutory and management accountsReviewing self-assessment, corporation tax and partnership tax returnsPreparing and reviewing dividend and interest planning calculationsManaging client relationships and providing clear, professional adviceIdentifying opportunities to add value across the client portfolioCoaching and mentoring junior team members on a day-to-day basisSupporting the Team Manager with team developmentResolving internal and external queriesLiaising with auditors and responding to technical accounting queriesReviewing complex group consolidations and statutory reporting The firm's clients are predominantly founders, directors and owner-managed businesses who expect accurate numbers, clear answers and commercially relevant advice.
