Role & ResponsibilitiesProduce effective working drawing packages with minimal supervision across varied project stagesLead the delivery of production packages while coordinating detailed design information and documentationAdvise on environmental, building regulatory, fire safety, materials and buildability requirementsCarry out Designer Risk Assessments in line with CDM and project compliance requirementsCoordinate with consultants and colleagues while sharing information across wider project teamsEnsure compliance with design, legal, statutory and professional requirements throughout project deliveryLiaise with statutory and local approval authorities to support technical project progressionUse Revit Level 2 BIM processes, provide COBie data and follow QA proceduresSkills & Experience RequiredArchitectural Technology degree, relevant HNC, HND or BTEC qualification within a related disciplineCIAT or RIBA registered professional with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experienceDemonstrable experience leading the delivery of production packages across technical project stagesProficient in Revit with at least 3 years continual use within practiceGood knowledge of UK Construction and Building Law, statutory compliance and buildabilityStrong understanding of technical detailing, coordinated information and construction documentation requirementsExperience carrying out Health and Safety risk assessments and supporting CDM requirementsStrong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills with consultant coordination experienceSalary & BenefitsSalary 45,000 – 55,000 depending on experienceHybrid working arrangement37-hour working week25 days annual leave plus public holidays, increasing with serviceCareer progression and ongoing professional development supportPaid professional membershipsBUPA Health Cash Plan, Critical Illness Insurance, Life Assurance and discretionary bonus schemeWho Is This Role Ideal For?
