This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer looking to work on a varied and high-quality caseload within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. The RoleThis is a senior, client-facing position offering the opportunity to lead and support a broad range of commercial property matters.
Responsibilities include: Advising a diverse client base across sectors including housing and third sectorDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of property-related legal documentsManaging complex caseloads and providing strategic legal guidanceSupervising junior team members and offering mentoring supportEngaging in business development and attending networking eventsMaintaining technical competence and staying up to date with legal developmentsLeading by example in line with SRA competence standardsCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified solicitor or legal executive with:5+ years PQE in commercial propertyExperience in the housing sector or with third sector clients (advantageous)Strong technical legal knowledge and drafting skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesHigh attention to detail and ability to manage complex caseloadsA proactive, team-oriented approach with leadership capabilitiesWorking ArrangementsThis is a full-time role based in the firm's Cardiff office.
