This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer to take the next step in their career, working autonomously while contributing to the wider development of the department across multiple offices. The RoleYou'll be responsible for managing and developing a varied and high quality caseload of commercial property matters, including: Acquisitions and disposalsCommercial leasesDevelopment workLandlord and tenant mattersSecured lending and finance transactionsSupporting and mentoring junior colleaguesBuilding strong relationships with clients, agents, lenders and other stakeholdersContributing to business development and the department's strategic growthYou will work closely with the Head of Department to expand the team's reach and reputation, while enjoying the autonomy to run and grow your own caseload.
