Role & ResponsibilitiesWork closely with department leadership to support expansion of fire engineering services and team capabilitiesDeliver fire safety consultancy services across multiple projects within a multidisciplinary environmentUndertake lender due diligence assessments and provide fire related technical advice to stakeholdersPrepare planning gateway one fire statements and support regulatory submission processesCarry out EWS1 assessments and FRAEW fire risk evaluations for existing buildingsReview construction stage works and support building safety compliance and Clerk of Works dutiesAssist with government funding applications and ensure compliance with relevant requirementsSupport business development through client engagement, networking, and proposal preparationSkills & Experience RequiredChartered Engineer status is desirable with additional fire related accreditations advantageousProven experience within fire safety, fire engineering, or fire science consultancy environmentsBackground within multidisciplinary consultancy settings delivering integrated servicesExperience managing teams and mentoring junior staff within technical disciplinesStrong client facing skills with ability to develop and maintain professional relationshipsKnowledge of UK building safety legislation and fire compliance requirementsDemonstrated ability to contribute to business development and service growth initiativesFull UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for travel to projects and officesSalary & BenefitsSalary range between 80,000 and 95,000 depending on experience and levelCar allowance of 6,600 in addition to base salary packagePerformance related bonus scheme linked to individual and company successHybrid working arrangement to support flexible working patterns30 days annual leave plus bank holidays and additional birthday leave entitlementEnhanced pension contributions and private medical healthcare packageAdditional benefits including cycle to work scheme and flexible leave optionsWho Is This Role Ideal For?
