This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established client base, including top-tier liability insurers, within a dynamic and collaborative insurance practice. The RoleThis position offers a varied and intellectually stimulating caseload focused on personal injury claims, with opportunities to engage in regulatory matters such as health and safety investigations, prosecutions, inquests, and product regulation.

Key responsibilities include:Managing fast track, intermediate, and multi-track personal injury claimsAdvising on legal aspects of claims, including coverage issuesDelivering high-quality, timely client service aligned with SLAsSupporting team development through training, induction, and process improvementCapturing and reporting Management Information for clientsContributing to service and process enhancementsParticipating in client events and occasional travel to LondonCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified lawyer with:5+ years PQE in personal injury and fast track litigationExperience or interest in Product Law and Health & SafetyStrong legal and commercial problem-solving skillsAbility to mentor and support junior team membersCommitment to business development and client engagementCommercial awareness and financial disciplineExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsProven ability to build trusted client relationshipsA collaborative and inclusive approach to firm cultureWorking ArrangementsThe firm supports hybrid working across all roles.
