This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile property disputes and asset management matters, supporting some of the world's biggest names in real estate. The RoleThis role offers a varied and high-quality caseload, with responsibilities including: Advising on property-related disputes and contentious portfolio issuesSupporting owners, developers, investors, and end users in the development processManaging your own caseload with support from senior team membersBuilding strong client relationships through regular in-person engagementParticipating in marketing and business development initiativesCollaborating across practice groups and jurisdictionsCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:3-6 years' post-qualification experience in property litigationStrong technical legal skills and commercial awarenessExcellent academic backgroundAbility to manage competing deadlines effectivelyClient-focused approach and strong communication skillsGood understanding of real estate markets and how they operateWorking ArrangementsThis role supports hybrid working, with flexibility to work between home and the Cardiff office.
