Senior Bid Manager

Overview

In this role you drive end-to-end winning for water bids, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant proposals. You will shape win strategies, manage multi-department processes, and help embed best practices across Water. Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end, large/complex proposals from capture to lessons learned stage
• Oversee positioning and capture activities, including win-strategy workshops with stakeholders
• Create compliant, compelling bids using established processes and templates
• Lead bid stages: kickoff, planning, reviews, document production, interviews
• Analyze client feedback and debriefs to drive continuous improvement and share best practices
• Lead projects within the work winning team to embed bidding excellence and deliver training
• Support Water Work Winning Lead with pipeline management and resource planning
• Contribute to knowledge management, bid library upkeep, and training materials

Key requirements

• Experience managing complex multi-disciplinary bids in construction/engineering from capture to lessons learned
• Proven ability to craft win strategies/themes for compliant, compelling bid responses
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality outputs to deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accountability for all aspects under control
