Location: Midlands Salary: £60,000+ depending on experience Type: Permanent, Full-Time We are recruiting for an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to join an established and growing legal practice. This is a senior opportunity for a confident litigator with a minimum of 8 years PQE who is comfortable managing complex matters independently and providing clear, commercially focused advice to both individuals and businesses. ## The Role You will manage your own varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters from initial instruction through to resolution, including where appropriate court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution.
Your caseload may include: Contractual disputes Commercial disputes Property and landlord
