Job Description Location: Midlands Salary: £60,000+ depending on experience Type: Permanent, Full-TimeWe are recruiting for an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to join an established and growing legal practice. This is a senior opportunity for a confident litigator with a minimum of 8 years PQE who is comfortable managing complex matters independently and providing clear, commercially focused advice to both individuals and businesses.## The RoleYou will manage your own varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters from initial instruction through to resolution, including where appropriate court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution.

Your caseload may include: Contractual disputesCommercial disputesProperty and landlord & tenant disputesProfessional negligence claimsShareholder and business disputesDebt recovery mattersOther complex civil litigationMediation and alternative dispute resolutionYou will be expected to provide strategic advice, conduct negotiations, prepare legal documentation and submissions and represent clients throughout the litigation process.## About YouWe are looking for someone with: Minimum 8 years PQE Strong civil litigation and dispute resolution experience Experience handling complex matters independently Excellent knowledge of litigation procedure Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills The ability to provide practical and commercially focused advice Confidence dealing directly with clients and other professionals Excellent case management and organisational skills A strong focus on client service and achieving positive outcomes This would suit an experienced solicitor looking for a senior position within a well-established practice offering a broad and interesting litigation caseload.
