Your new roleReporting into the Compliance Director, you will play a key role in delivering the organisation's compliance strategy and supporting the integration of acquired businesses into a consistent risk and governance framework.
This is a highly visible position offering exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence regulatory and risk management practices across the wider business. What you'll need to succeedAt least five years' UK regulatory experience gained within professional services, legal, accountancy or a regulatory environment.
Strong knowledge of AML, CDD, anti-bribery and corruption, and data protection requirements. Experience supporting risk governance, risk management and regulatory compliance frameworks. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
A commercial and pragmatic approach to compliance. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A proactive mindset and genuine interest in regulatory developments and best practice.
