The RoleYou'll take a leading role within a respected and growing corporate team, managing a broad range of work including: Share sales and acquisitions, mergers and disposalsCorporate restructurings and group reorganisationsShareholders' agreements, LLP agreements and governance mattersBanking and finance transactionsCompany and employee share option schemesLegal due diligence, drafting, negotiation and post-completion workYou will run your own deals while also playing a key part in larger, more complex transactions.
There is strong exposure to clients in the financial services and accountancy sectors, where the team has built deep relationships and real sector strength. This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to their clients.
