If you enjoy mixing legal expertise with creativity, collaboration and problem solving, this could be a great fit.
What you'll be doingHelping steer the firm's knowledge strategy and supporting its global rolloutCreating and updating precedents, templates, checklists and other practical toolsLeading legal training, webinars and podcasts for both lawyers and clientsWorking directly with clients on learning and content projectsCoordinating knowledge initiatives across different practice groupsWhat you'll bringAround 8+ years' PQE (as a Knowledge Lawyer/PSL or a fee earner ready for a knowledge focused role)A genuine interest in knowledge, innovation and legal techStrong drafting, research and communication skillsThe ability to explain complex issues simply and clearlyConfidence working with senior stakeholders and building relationships across the firmA proactive, organised approach and comfort juggling multiple deadlinesExperience supporting legal teams and understanding client needsInsurance/litigation experience is a bonus, not a requirementWhat's on offerYou'll join a friendly, forward thinking team where there's plenty of scope to grow, try new things, and get involved in projects across the UK and internationally.
