This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high value, multi-jurisdictional commercial contracts while receiving full support to develop your technical and commercial legal skills. About the Role As a Commercial Lawyer,
you will
Draft, review, and negotiate high value, complex commercial contracts across multiple sectors and jurisdictions. Provide practical, commercially-focused legal advice to internal stakeholders. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to manage legal risk.
Support the team in delivering high-quality, business-oriented legal solutions. About You The ideal candidate will: Be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 7-15 years PQE (guideline). Have strong experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate a commercial mindset, able to balance legal risk with business needs. Be motivated to grow within a successful in-house legal team handling multi-jurisdictional work.
