Overview

In this role, you will lead transformation initiatives for private markets clients, accelerating change across front-, middle- and back-office operations. You’ll work with industry specialists to deliver on client expectations and shape our Operations Transformation practice. You will mentor junior team members, contribute to thought leadership, and help grow our position in the private markets space. Responsibilities

• Leverage industry knowledge to become a market expert and deliver on client engagements
• Lead project efforts, manage delivery objectives, and guide junior team members
• Drive transformational change and optimize operating models for private markets clients
• Develop and contribute to the Operations Transformation practice (proposition development, thought leadership)
• Manage client relationships and key stakeholders, resolving issues and aligning on outcomes
• Articulate complex ideas clearly to clients and understand risk to protect the firm’s reputation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading solutions
• Support growth of the private markets practice through network building and client work

Key requirements

• Significant experience in Alternative Investment Management/Private markets
• Experience driving change and transforming operating models in private markets firms
• Proven track record designing and delivering transformational change
• Ability to mobilise and motivate teams with concrete day-to-day plans
• Broad network in private markets across investment firms, tech providers, and asset servicers
• Experience leading client relationships and managing stakeholders
• Strong ability to articulate complex ideas to client stakeholders
• Understanding of risk and risk mitigation to protect reputation
• Can-do attitude and willingness to learn and participate
• Enthusiasm and passion for delivering market-leading solutions
