Senior Program Manager, GREF – Global Support Operations

Overview

As a Strategic Support Partner for GREF, you translate AI-powered insights into actionable portfolio decisions across the EMEA region. You will synthesize data from service requests, performance metrics, employee feedback, and costs to shape investment priorities and drive cost-to-serve reductions at scale.

Your work blends analytics, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration to improve workplace experience and controllership. You’ll lead nimble decision frameworks and business reviews to keep leadership aligned and informed.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with regional stakeholders, bridging local operations and global programs
• Lead monthly business reviews using performance data to drive action plans
• Analyze service request data and operational metrics to spot trends and risks
• Prioritize and implement high-impact improvements with regional leadership while aligning with global goals
• Champion regional requirements in global program development and support local adoption
• Drive continuous improvement with data-backed recommendations and cross-functional collaboration

Key requirements

• Data-driven approach to identify and drive improvements
• Program or project management experience
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, lookups, data cleansing, etc.)
• Bachelors degree
