Senior Project Manager Construction Consultancy

A leading property and construction consultancy in London is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their established Project Management team. The Senior Project Manager will work across a strong portfolio of commercial office projects, supporting major clients through refurbishment, fit-out and development programmes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager who wants to take ownership of high-profile schemes and continue progressing within a respected consultancy. The successful Senior Project Manager will lead projects independently, managing client relationships and coordinating multidisciplinary teams throughout the full project lifecycle.

The Senior Project Manager will also support junior colleagues and contribute to the wider growth of the team. For an ambitious Senior Project Manager, this role offers strong exposure to major occupiers, investors and commercial property clients across London.

The Senior Project Manager's role The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of commercial office projects from early feasibility and design through to construction and completion. Responsibilities will include managing project programmes, leading client and consultant meetings, coordinating design teams, overseeing risk and reporting, monitoring progress and ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed cost, quality and programme objectives.

The Senior Project Manager will also help mentor more junior members of the team and support the development of long-term client relationships. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
