Senior Project Manager - M&E Location: Castleford/Nationwide Salary: £65,000 + BENEFITS Type: Permanent, Full-Time Optio Resourcing is recruiting a Senior M&E Project Manager to lead mechanical and electrical packages on retail and commercial projects.
The Role Lead M&E projects from pre-construction through to handover Manage programme, budget, quality and health and safety Oversee project managers, supervisors and subcontractors Act as the main point of contact for clients and design teams Drive commissioning, testing and handover documentation About You Proven experience as a Senior PM or PM in M&E Strong mechanical and electrical technical knowledge SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Retail or commercial fit-out experience is desirable Full UK driving licence What's on Offer £65,000 salary A senior role with an established contractor
