What You’ll Be DoingLeading commercial activities across the full project lifecycle—from procurement through to final accountManaging subcontract packages, tender processes, and contract administrationDriving cost control, forecasting, and detailed financial reportingMaximising cash flow through accurate valuations and timely invoicingMonitoring project performance to meet and exceed financial targetsIdentifying and managing risks, opportunities, and change control processesEnsuring contractual compliance and maintaining accurate commercial recordsSupporting sustainability and carbon reduction initiativesMentoring and developing junior commercial team membersWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in commercial management within construction or infrastructureStrong knowledge of NEC contracts, procurement, and financial reportingExperience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractorsStrong background in infrastructure projectsExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management skillsAbility to lead, influence, and develop a teamWell-rounded QS experience across the project lifecycleWhy Apply?
