As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll play a key role in shaping our workforce by finding, engaging, and hiring the exceptional talent that keeps our business moving forward. What You'll Be DoingBuild strong, trusted relationships with Hiring Managers and Senior Stakeholders.
Provide expert guidance across attraction, selection, assessments, and compliance. Write engaging job adverts, source top talent, and screen candidates. Coordinate and conduct assessments/interviews, ensuring fairness and transparency.
Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines. Ensure compliance with CAA regulations and GDPR requirements. Support employer brand, attraction campaigns, and recruitment projects.
