Job Description Police Scotland is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to play a vital role in recruiting the talented people who keep our organisation running. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will support the end-to-end recruitment of Police Scotland Staff, partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to attract and appoint the right people to a diverse range of specialist and professional roles in business areas such as Finance, Legal, HR, Estates and Digital.

Key Responsibilities -Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist by sourcing, assessing and successfully placing candidates in Police Staff roles in the organisationProvide end to end recruitment process working closely with multiple hiring managers across the organisation, including advertising, direct sourcing of candidates, managing advert responses, evaluating applications as well as supporting interviewsEnsure effective administrative support, aiding successful delivery of the staff recruitment service across the force; ensure positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process; provide line management support for a team of recruitment administratorsPreference for this vacancy will be given to candidates who demonstrate360 recruitment experienceSenior stakeholder liaison up to HoD levelLeading on recruitment campaignsProviding detailed reporting from e-recruitment systemsDeputising for senior colleagues in their absenceWorking closely with stakeholders to understand, shape and create effective recruitment campaignsEngaging, developing and building recruitment brandsTraining and development of colleagues on end-to-end recruitment processesMaintaining recruitment applicant tracking systemsTracking recruitment metrics and presenting to stakeholdersBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads and other stakeholdersCurrent up to date knowledge of market trends, industry salary standards and competitor hiring practicesCurrent up to date knowledge of employment law legislation for all aspects of the recruitment processExperience delivering stakeholder recruitment workshops and presentationsWhy join us?
