ð Technical Subsidence Specialist – Join the Davies TeamBased ideally Leeds & Surrounding areasAre you ready to take on some of the most technically challenging and rewarding subsidence claims in the industry? Davies is looking for a skilled, motivated professional to join our specialist subsidence division — someone who thrives on complex problem‐solving, enjoys autonomy, and wants to make a real impact for clients and policyholders.

This is a home‐based role with travel you will ideally be based around the Leeds area with the freedom to manage your own workload while being part of a supportive, expert team. What will your day look like:ð§ What You'll Be DoingYou'll be the technical lead on our more complex domestic and commercial subsidence claims, providing expert guidance to colleagues and clients.

Your work will include: Managing complex subsidence investigations from first visit to final resolutionVisiting damaged properties to assess structural, technical and insurance‐related issuesDesigning and overseeing stabilisation schemes and repair strategiesProducing high‐quality technical reports, specifications and tender documentsInterpreting geotechnical investigations and advising on foundation solutionsAdministering building contracts, valuations and variationsEnsuring compliance with Building Regulations, Planning, CDM and Party Wall legislationWorking closely with policyholders, insurers, loss adjusters, contractors and local authoritiesSupporting and mentoring colleagues, and contributing to training deliveryMaintaining accurate case records and meeting service level expectationsYou'll also play a key role in strengthening client relationships and supporting other Davies divisions when needed.#INDUKIKnowledge and Abilities:ð What You'll BringWe're looking for someone with the technical depth and confidence to handle highly complex subsidence cases.

You'll ideally have
