Job Description Technical Author On behalf of our client based in Cambridgeshire, we're on the hunt for a technical writer who's keen to make their mark in an environment crying out for modern documentation! As the sole author, you'll take existing documentation and bring it into the 21st century, as well as curate a range of user collateral for new products.
Sound good so far? This role is ideal for: A confident technical writer who comes with experience in engineering and other hardware-related spheres. Whilst there is some software that needs writing about, if you come from a solely software background then this isn't really the role for you.
Someone who has the drive and motivation to take full control and drive a documentation function onwards and upwards. An individual who is cheerful, happy to talk to busy engineers, and gets the job done. Someone who likes to work in a hybrid way - this role requires you to be onsite in one of our client's two Cambridgeshire offices three times a week, with the rest from home.
