On offer is a long-term role within the South East's largest independent planning consultancy, where you'll be backed with structured CPD, regular seminars/events and on-the-job development, alongside genuine progression as the business continues to grow.

You'll be joining a sociable, open-door culture in a multidisciplinary environment where you can learn from experienced Directors and collaborate closely with surveyors, architects and third parties across a diverse project portfolio.

In this role you'll lead smaller projects end-to-end, support Directors on larger schemes, write planning statements with minimal support, and help manage/distribute workload across the planner team. This role would suit a Town Planner from either local authority or consultancy, looking for development, varied projects and a clear pathway to step up as the business expands.
