SERVICE ADVISOR OXFORD | £31,000 BASIC | OTE UP TO £43,000 | MONDAY–FRIDAY | 1 IN 3 SATURDAYS Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting an experienced Service Advisor for an exciting opportunity within an established automotive dealership in Oxford.

THE OPPORTUNITY Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for your next move? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy aftersales department, where delivering exceptional customer service and maximising departmental performance go hand in hand.

With a £31,000 basic salary and earning potential of up to £43,000 OTE, this role offers additional commission opportunities linked to budget achievement and over-performance. THE PACKAGE £31,000 basic salary. OTE up to £43,000 45 hours per week.

Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm. 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8:00am–1:00pm. Additional commission opportunities. THE ROLE As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the customer journey from initial booking through to vehicle collection, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout.

Your responsibilities will include

Welcoming customers and discussing their servicing and repair requirements. Managing bookings and preparing accurate job information. Providing estimates and explaining recommended work. Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.

Liaising with workshop and parts teams to ensure efficient workflow. Discussing service plans, maintenance and additional work. Preparing accurate invoices and ensuring a professional vehicle handover. Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and service standards.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload. A confident and professional telephone manner.

Ability to work effectively alongside workshop and parts teams. A proactive approach with good attention to detail. Full UK driving licence.
