Service Advisor

Our client is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their prestigious main dealership in Tonbridge, Kent. This Service Advisor position offers the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking automotive brand within a supportive and professionally managed dealer group.

Basic salary up to £32,000, negotiable depending on experience OTE of up to £38,000 through an attractive bonus structure Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:30 One in four Saturdays, 08:00 to 13:00, with additional Saturdays available if required Full training and development, including electric vehicle-specific training Supportive management and future progression opportunities Opportunity to join an established dealer group representing a prestigious automotive brandDuties: As a Service Advisor, manage workshop control and coordinate vehicle bookings Schedule servicing, repairs and maintenance appointments Advise customers on vehicle faults, servicing requirements and repair solutions Prepare accurate estimates for repair times and costs Liaise with customers regarding additional work identified during inspections Provide regular progress updates and ensure vehicles are tracked throughout the workshop Handle customer complaints and respond professionally to requests Liaise effectively with technicians, management and other dealership staffRequirements: Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar motor trade service bookings role is preferred Good technical understanding and general knowledge of motor vehicles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional, polite, attentive and accurate approach to customer service Willingness to maintain and develop technical knowledge, including electric vehicle awareness Confidence processing payments and resolving customer concerns Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team Full UK driving licence, preferably cleanThe successful Service Advisor will be self-motivated, organised and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience within a luxury automotive environment.
