Site Manager

Overview

In this role, you will lead on-site delivery of prime residential projects in Central London, with projects up to £5m. You will work within a project team and report to a roaming Contracts Manager, ensuring premium finishes and client satisfaction. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage safety, and drive progress against the programme. This is an opportunity to shape quality and execution on high-end developments for discerning clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site delivery of prime residential projects up to £5m
• Coordinate subcontractors and material flow to maintain quality and schedule
• Liaise with Contracts Manager and project team to track progress
• Ensure health and safety compliance and site governance
• Oversee quality of finishes to meet high-end standards
• Monitor programme, cost milestones, and on-site issues
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder communication on site
