On offer is a key position in a small but growing Mechanical Building Services contractor, where you will be trusted to run multiple projects across London and have a genuine path to progress as the company scales. This business delivers mechanical building services on office fit-out projects , typically 50k-1m.

Following continued growth, they are now looking for their first operational hire to help drive delivery and support further expansion. In this role you will manage subcontractors on site, coordinate materials, attend meetings, and produce weekly progress reports, typically overseeing 3-4 projects at any one time.

This role would suit a hands-on Site Manager / Project Manager from a building services background, looking for more responsibility, direct exposure to decision makers, and long-term progression.
