A new client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Site Manager for an upcoming scheme in Newport. Your new company are a privately owned main contractor, with a group turnover of over £100M. As a business, they would typically specialise within New Build (Steel Frame / Industrial), Special Projects, and Fast Track schemes up to £30M.
My client are looking for a No.1 Site Manager to oversee the following project: Critical Network Infrastructure Framework 12 months Steel Frame, Foundations, RC Roof / Floors, Cladding (Rain Screen), and Internals (secure). £7M Project Value Starting in December 2026 for site set up and hoarding, prior to the job going live January 4th 2027.
The ideal candidate will have good experience running new build projects as a lead. Examples of work history across Steel Frame, RC, Industrial, and sensitive / secure environments would be required. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid are essential.
