Smartrecruiters Functional Lead

🚨 Hiring: SmartRecruiters Functional Lead 🚨 📍 Location: Nationwide – Remote / Hybrid (London, 2 days per week onsite) 📅 Contract Length: 6 Months We are looking for an experienced SmartRecruiters Functional Lead / Functional Consultant to act as the product and business process expert for a leading recruitment platform.

This role will work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Digital teams, and third-party suppliers to translate business requirements into effective functional solutions, optimise platform performance, and drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities ✅ Act as the Functional Lead and Subject Matter Expert for SmartRecruiters. ✅ Provide expert guidance on SmartRecruiters capabilities, functionality, and best practices. ✅ Lead workshops with HR, recruitment, and business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements. ✅ Design and implement end-to-end recruitment process improvements to enhance user and candidate experience. ✅ Configure and maintain SmartRecruiters modules, including: Requisitions Job Advertising Candidate Management Workflows
