This is an excellent opportunity to work across a broad range of commercial and civil litigation matters within a supportive, friendly and high performing team. The RoleYou'll assist partners and senior lawyers on a varied caseload, with particular exposure to: Disputed wills and trustsCommercial litigation mattersA broad range of disputes for businesses, charities, institutions and high net worth individualsDay to day conduct of files with support to build and develop your own caseloadOpportunities to develop a specialism and carve out your own nicheRegular team training, collaboration and involvement in wider firm activitiesInitially, you will be office based in Exeter to familiarise yourself with the team and systems.
The team works flexibly, typically attending the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
