Special Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) Location: Ealing Hours: 830am to 330pm depending on lunch can be 4pm Salary: 95 to 110 per day Make a Real Difference Every Day We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with children and young people who have a range of special educational needs, helping them to achieve their full potential both academically and personally. Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with special educational needs.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Support students with learning, communication, social, emotional, and behavioural needs. Help implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies.
Foster a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment. Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff and parents where appropriate. Encourage independence, confidence, and personal development. About You The successful candidate will: Have a caring, patient, and empathetic nature.
Be passionate about supporting children with additional needs. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families. Remain calm, flexible, and resilient in challenging situations.
Experience working with children with SEN is desirable but not essential, as training may be provided.
