This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role within a growing department, shape its future direction, and make a meaningful impact within a supportive, ambitious firm. The RoleYou'll manage a high quality and varied residential property caseload, with responsibilities including: Running your own caseload with support from the wider teamLeading, mentoring and developing a high performing residential property team (Partner level)Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to service a broad range of clientsDeveloping new and existing client relationships and identifying quality business opportunitiesBuilding strong connections with local professionals and integrating into the regional business communityActively networking and raising the firm's profile through events and local engagementDemonstrating strong technical ability across sales, purchases, leases, refinancing, development agreements and complex residential transactionsPlease note: your first day may be based at an alternative office for group onboarding, so a willingness to travel is required.

Candidate RequirementsThis role is suited to an experienced Residential Property lawyer who is: A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal ExecutiveConfident, proactive and commercially mindedSkilled in managing a varied and high quality residential property caseloadStrong in communication and interpersonal abilitiesExperienced in business development and able to generate new workCapable of mentoring and developing junior team members (Senior Associate / Partner level)Competent with IT systems, data management tools and Microsoft OfficePassionate about delivering excellent client serviceThe firm welcomes applications from Senior Associates ready to step up, as well as established Partners.
