The team advises public bodies and developers on major regeneration schemes across the UK, including housing led regeneration, town centre redevelopment, infrastructure and renewable energy projects. This role offers the chance to work on high profile, impactful projects that shape communities and support long term development.

The RoleYou will work on a broad range of regeneration and redevelopment matters, collaborating closely with colleagues across planning, environmental, procurement and public law. Responsibilities include: Advising on complex regeneration projects to a high technical standardManaging your own caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development workBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standardUndertaking legal research and staying up to date with relevant developmentsSupporting business development through client training, industry events and tender/bid contributionsWorking collaboratively across departments to deliver large scale, multi disciplinary projectsThis role offers significant variety, exposure to major national schemes and the opportunity to develop a strong profile within the regeneration sector.
