This is a key strategic hire for a thriving office with an excellent local reputation and a strong pipeline of high quality residential property work. About the RoleThe successful candidate will lead on complex residential conveyancing matters, support the continued growth of the department, and play an active role in client relationship management and business development.

You will handle a varied caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and high value transactions, with the autonomy expected at senior level.
