Sr Technical Infrastructure Program Manager, EMEA Data Center Delivery

Overview

In this role you drive end-to-end data center expansion programs in the EMEA region, partnering with Real Estate, Energy, Design Engineering and Operations to deliver capacity at scale. You will lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle from site due diligence to handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on program delivery and stakeholder alignment. Responsibilities

• Decompose large projects into manageable workstreams
• Communicate goals, roles, and outcomes clearly to cross-functional teams
• Oversee end-to-end program delivery from pre-contract design to Operations handover of Colo, Hybrid Colo, and AWS Leased/Owned Data Centers in EMEA
• Coordinate interfaces with internal and external stakeholders (Real Estate, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Networking, Operations, etc.) for timely, budget-aligned delivery
• Develop and maintain delivery programs and project budgets; submit Capital Allocation Requests to leadership
• Collaborate with Capacity Planning, Energy, and Real Estate to define short- and long-term build strategies
• Lead process improvements by documenting lessons learned and sharing best practices across delivery teams
• Provide regular status updates on key project metrics to senior leadership

Key requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related technical field
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders at various levels and locales
• Experience managing large-scale projects end-to-end
• Strong written and verbal communication
